As a family-run Catskills resort, we know what families need and want in a room (or two, or three) and we’re happy to help walk you through the many options you have for staying on our property.
With more than 100 rooms and custom options to adjoin, Sunny Hill Resort is one of the best places to stay in the Catskills. Each of our properties offers a slightly different experience, but all include free wifi and air conditioning. We can accommodate family vacations for large families, smaller families and couples, or more private experiences in our Cottage and Lodge properties. Depending on availability and your family’s size and preferences, we’ll work with you to put you in the best room that fits your individual needs.

Please note: We will make every effort possible to place guests in rooms of their choice, but cannot promise particular room numbers. During family and summer rate periods, rooms are based on a full week package and families are given priority in larger motel units.
Most guests book full weeks, midweeks or weekend periods and the lodging rates will vary according to the accommodations and time of season.

The Arendal offers eight spacious units. Each unit features 2 queen-sized beds, an additional vanity and dressing area, and a refrigerator. You’ll find spectacular mountain views from the front deck.
The Austland contains ten newly renovated rooms. Each room has 2 queen-size beds, a mini refrigerator and sliding glass doors that open to a large balcony. Laundry facilities and workout room are available. Centrally located with mountain and resort views.
Each suite has a bedroom with 2 Queen beds, plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The two suites can also be combined to sleep up to 12 people.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen-sized bed while bedroom 2 offers Twin beds. The living room also features a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa. There is a small kitchen area as well as a private gazebo.
The Country Squire Motel has four units that each feature two queen-sized beds, a refrigerator and remarkable views of the Catskills.
There are six (6) two-bedroom units in the Edmonton with adjoining or connecting doors so that families can be together - yet still enjoy some privacy. Each connecting room features 1 queen bed and bathroom.
Comfortable and centrally located rooms where half the rooms feature queen beds, and the other half feature two twin beds with resort and golf course views. Each unit provided with a mini refrigerator. The Edmonton features two common lounge rooms and a gazebo.
Each unit features 2 queen-sized beds and a mini refrigerator. A lounge room is centrally located in the Grimstad.
The Parkchester features 20 large rooms, each with two queen beds, space for cots/cribs, plus a mini-refrigerator, separate vanity and bathroom areas.
This comfortable centrally located, two-floor motel features 16 rooms, most of which have queen and twin beds and each including a refrigerator.
The Lodge is a full-house rental with scenic views, three bedrooms, living room, standard kitchen, and deck. It's set further away from the resort but offers more privacy and quick access to Lake Loree. Each bedroom sleeps up to two people. These quaint and secluded identical park model homes feature 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, private bath, kitchen and living area with a pull out queen sleeper sofa. Relax on your private porch while overlooking the majestic Catskill Mountains from our fifth fairway.
