Accommodations
Our grounds feature 12 different lodging options and 100 rooms total. Our self-contained cottage, lodge, and Parkside homes offer secluded retreats perfect for couples and families, while our motel options allow generations to gather under one roof. The Country Squire, Austland, and Edmonton motels are located within close proximity to each other, bringing families and groups together. Individual porches and balconies provide your loved ones with sweeping views of the surrounding Catskill Mountains. All rooms feature free wifi and air conditioning.
Amenities
Part of what makes Sunny Hill such a unique outdoor event venue is the range of activities we offer. Guests can unwind with bocce ball, horseshoes, or a paddleboat ride on Lake Loree. Choose from Sunny Hill’s wide fairways with 18 holes of golf, or explore the Viking Obstacle Course, a 5.5-mile loop on site with 35 obstacles to challenge all ages and abilities.
Weddings
Looking for an intimate setting for your nuptials? We also have two unique ceremony venues to choose from: the Sunny Hill Pavilion overlooking the tranquil Lake Loree, or the Sunny Hill Driving Range with its beautiful mountain views.
The resort is available for full-buy outs when reservations permit. We even offer event planning services for your convenience!
Catering
The GarWayne Dining Hall at Sunny Hill offers wedding catering services for up to 300 guests. We can accommodate a variety of dietary needs including Gluten-free, Lactose-free, vegetarian, vegan and nut allergies. In addition to delicious food, your guests will also enjoy the atmosphere – floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the Catskill Mountains and a dance floor where they can dance the night away.
Additional add-on options include:
