Sunny Hill is an all-inclusive family resort situated on 300+ acres of beautifully landscaped grounds where guests enjoy three meals a day, a large swimming pool, multiple playgrounds, Just For Fun Rides and weekly events at Lake Loree – all for one fee. Rounds of golf are extra, but available at a deeply discounted rate for our overnight guests. Children under four stay for free.
Most guests book full weeks, midweeks or weekend periods and the rates will vary according to the accommodations and time of the season. All rates include three (3) meals per day, use of all resort facilities, as well as planned activities, entertainment and daily housekeeping.
A full program of entertainment is provided throughout the entire season, including a weekly fireworks show, lake party, live music, bingo, and more. Add to the planned activities the sports and games available all week long, and you’ll never run out of good, old-fashioned family fun.

Room Deposits Required
$100 per adult, $100 per child
Deposit Refund Policy
Cancellations must reach our office 4 weeks prior to your reserved arrival date for a full deposit refund. If cancellations are received under 4 weeks, the full deposit is forfeited or may be put toward a new confirmed reservation for the same season.
Reservation Changes
Changes to your reservation received less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date will result in a loss of the deposit. This includes late arrivals and early departures from your reserved dates.
Cleaning Charge for Smoking in Rooms
Sunny Hill is a smoke-free facility and will be assessing a $250 cleaning charge for rooms in which guests have smoked.
