The Austland Motel
Ten rooms. Each room has 2 queen-size beds, sliding glass doors that open to a large balcony and a refrigerator. Laundry facilities and workout room are available.
The Parkchester Motel
Featuring 20 large rooms, each with two queen beds, plus a mini-refrigerator, separate vanity and bathroom areas, balcony and stunning views.
The Country Squire Motel
Four units that each feature two queen-sized beds, refrigerator and remarkable views of the Catskills.
The Arendal Motel
Eight updated, modern, tastefully decorated units, each featuring 2 queen-sized beds, additional vanity and dressing area and a refrigerator. You’ll find spectacular mountain views from the outside deck.
The Grimstad Motel
A twelve-unit, modern motel that overlooks a pool area in the foreground with a marvelous view in the background. Each unit has oak furnishings, 2 queen-sized beds and a refrigerator. A lounge room is centrally located in the Grimstad.
The Edmonton Motel
A charming double-decker motel with 24 rooms that comfortably accommodate two occupants each. Half of the rooms feature queen beds, while the other half feature two twin beds. Each unit provided with a refrigerator. The Edmonton features two common lounge rooms with updated furnishings.
The Viking Motel
This comfortable, two-floor motel features 16 rooms, most of which have full and twin beds and each including a refrigerator. The Viking is a good choice for couples or small families.

$50 per adult, $50 per child
Deposit Refund Policy Cancellations must reach our office two weeks prior to reservation date.
$250 Cleaning Charge for Smoking in Rooms Sunny Hill is a smoke-free facility and will be assessing a $250 cleaning charge for rooms that have been smoked in.

Please note:
We will make every effort possible to place guests in rooms of their choice, but cannot promise particular room numbers. During family and summer rate periods, rooms are based on a full week package and families are given priority in larger motel units.
Most guests book full weeks, midweeks or weekend periods and the rates will vary according to the accommodations and time of season. All rates include three (3) meals per day, use of all resort facilities, as well as planned activities, including day trip transportation.
A full program of entertainment is provided throughout the entire season and will vary during the season, depending on the crowd and weather. Sunny Hill's 200+ acres of beautifully landscaped grounds overlooking the Northern Catskills Mountain Region of Greene County hosts a wide variety of recreational activities and are sure to provide memorable experiences for couples and families alike.
