  • Dinner – All-American Meatloaf with Gravy, Cuban Grilled Porkchops, Chicken Parm,  Charred Cauliflower, Mashed Potatoes, Chocolate Mousse Cake

Tuesday:

  • Breakfast – Make your own breakfast sandwich, Sausage Patties, Hard Rolls, Hot & Cold Cereals, Fresh Fruit
  • Lunch – Wrap of the Day, Homemade Chicken and Arugula Personal Pizza, Fruit Cheese and Cracker Plate, Mozzarella Sticks
  • Dinner – NY Strip Steak Bordelaise, Spinach Tilapia with Crabmeat Sauce, Macaroni and Cheese, Sweet Potato Fries, Broccoli, Cheesecake with Strawberries

Wednesday:

  • Breakfast – French Toast, Boiled Eggs, Bacon, Hot & Cold Cereals, Fresh Fruit
  • Lunch – Roast Beef Sandwich, BLT, Chicken Tenders, Hummus and Pita Bread, Onion Rings

Thursday:

  • Breakfast – Scrambled Eggs, Boiled Eggs, Breakfast Sausage, Seasoned Home Fries, Hot & Cold Cereals, Fresh Fruit
  • Lunch – Caprese Sandwich, Hot or Sweet Sausage with Peppers, Grilled Cheese, Caesar Salad (add Chicken)
  • Dinner – Honey Pineapple Roasted Ham, Airline Chicken Breast with a Mushroom Demi, Cheese Ravioli, Skin-on Roasted Red Potatoes, Asparagus, Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Friday:

Saturday:

  • Lunch – Pulled Pork Sandwich, Chicken Quesadilla, Tomato and Mozzarella Salad
  • Dinner – Prime Rib Au Jus, Salmon Beurre Blanc, Grilled Cheese, Baked Potato, Corn, Peach Melba
